We all know how opinionated divers are. I just get annoyed sometimes, because those unfamiliar with California diving,
just don't understand that it is different. His best opinion of backplate and minimalist divers was that it was the "crumudgeon
factor". I just don't think "serious" is understood. ... OK, maybe it is just "obcessed", but I like it that way.
Oh yah, as for getting away from the boat... "they should have a DPV".
