Hurray for the good guys. Not only out of season, but over the limit and undersized, this guy takes the prize.

If we all cooperate and observe the limits and the rules, maybe, just maybe we can keep from fishing the ocean completly empty. So far, we have succeded in fishing huge areas of the world out. The mediterian is at risk from overfishing and polution. Not long ago the last commercial fishing boat left Lake Michigan as it no longer has a commercially viable fish population.
