Divers die or are injured all the time to help keep Red Lobster, Etc. full to the gills with profit. But just for the experience I went "Hooping" a few times to check out what that whole scene was like? Well we two took out 1 skiff with 2 kayaks and 14 Hoops. Launch'd the Yaks from the skiff and hit the early season shallows (PV). We Killed it! Double limits plus in 2 hours. Effortless! Hooping boats were out there all around, chumming, partying, and gettin" bugs... I feel a limit on hooping is in order, 2 cents... Thanks Chris.
