1. Daily limits should be reduced to 6 for divers and 3 for hoop netters. Hoop netters have it too easy trapping the bugs when they are most vulnerable and hungry at night...plus there is very little sport in hoop netting...except for beer drinking.
2. Carapace size limits should range from 3.25" to 5.00" with the shorts and large bugs free to go about their business.
3. Posession limits should be 30 bugs max. which allows for xmas parties, etc.
4. The carapace should not be required to be attached to the tail after it is brought home.
5. Retaining plastered females should be illegal.
6. The open season is fine as specified.
7. Items 2 and 5 should be required by commercial guys too.
