Haha, I didn't get a sense condemnation in the comment, I think you are reading in to it and being overtly sensitive. Depending on the DFG agent you run into it could be considered a "tickle stick" and illegal, and if it has a flapper on its tip and they want to they could interpret it as "hooked" so.... It is a grey area and I think one that is grey intentionally for agents to make an on the spot judgment call.
P.S. name calling should be left in middle school with low self esteems, we don't have those as adult correct
