I think the intent of my last post has been miss interpreted. What I was trying to say and I am saying is that Casino Point does not help divers in the real world. Pretty much there are no currents there and no other conditions that may be contrucive to your diving. This is not the real world. Some of the best dives that I have made have been in currents, you just have to know how to dive in them. Unfortunately there are less and less instructors that know how to teach this for the same reason. They do not dive in currents so they do knot know how to teach this.
As far as my complaining about other boats in Ca have know idea what you are talking about. I deal with competition every day. I also talk with every major boat owner daily, weekly, or monthly.
I never said anything derogatory about any boat in CA. What I said was if the diving was so good at Casino Point why there are dive boats that run out of Avalon and go other places?
