I personally very much respect your opinion about these kind of events, considering you have dived through the ages. I know there was a time when the taking of such a creature would have made this guy a hero because the public had an image of a giant octo pulling down boats and devouring the passengers. But we all know better now, does that thing even taste good, I suspect the smaller cousin of that octo would be the desired species for sushi style octo. I still would not take the smaller octos, just seems like one of the more intelligent ocean inhabitants
