You name dropped stuff I have never heard of.
I used to get the Historical diver periodical. but the quality was weird.
Super high gloss printing with horrible production standards. (Some 1/4 page ads were 72 dpi)

So I let the subscription lapse, but would still love to hear about the older stuff.

All I am familiar with ie AMF, Drager, Healthways, and that sort of thing.
