bottom. Check the agenda PDF and the report PDFs that will be
given. The manager of that region is recommending to NOT do it.
But support will be required. The folks who want to make it happen
will be out in force.

Note that this is a Fish and Game Commission action, not Department
of Fish and Game (different website).
