He was not soundly rebuked. He tried to paint the California Abalone Association guilty by association and it was quickly pointed out the fishermen caught were not members of the CAA,the group making the proposal. You would think a former prosecutor and member of the RAAC would be above the use of half-truths and innuendo. Honor dies indeed where interest lies.
