Yes Eric, but it’s been a few years.

Pt. Arena, Fort Ross, the Frolic near Pt. Cabrillo, Salt Point, Gulala, Fort Bragg, Point Gorda, Cape Mendocino, Point Reyes and Drakes Bay plus more I don’t recall at the moment. Abs and wrecks were the big draw and I did spend a lot of time in the usually murky, always cold waters up there. There was always something ever so slightly intimidating diving that end of the state. A different feeling. It seemed more serious somehow than diving from Fort Point south or from Crescent City north. Even diving Tatoosh Island and the mouth of the Straits of Juan de Fuca was a “mentally calmer” experience than diving the northern half of Calif.

Yes, it’s been a while, but I have dived North Coast.

By the way, your BP is still awesome.

Stay wet,
Patrick
