Hey, I hope you like the stories I've offered over the years. I have one page I've never posted. For various reasons, I've kept my picture off the web, but I guess it's time to come out ... of the water. Actually, it's for another reason. I've put a project on KickStart and I'm promoting it as I can. Check it out. It might surprise you what a member of your dive community is up to. Maybe you would even like to help with my project. Transition To A New Human Ecology In any case, this is supposed to be dive related, so I'm posting half of my private log page. I have a small photo album I use as a dive log. I think it's better than a written one. Almost every picture shows a different wetsuit. ... I have gotten more discrete in my dotage, but I do love to hunt. Hey, I've eaten everything I took. I used to have to visit my friends to use it all. I called it Mikey's Mobile Seafood Bistro. It was popular, especially on sushi nights. From Nic - 84

San Diego, south Bluefin
A few smoker loads
North Coast Plunder - It was legal at the time.
Nice Ling Cod from a kelp bed off of Cayucus. Not much vis that day. All I saw from 4 feet away was the dim outline of its head.
Caught off of Pt. Buchon. Radical dive. It's right next to Diablo Nuclear plant so If you leave them on the deck, they cook themselves in about 20 minutes.
Rock Scallops as big as legal red abalone. Wilson Rock, San Miguel Island. Awesome dive.
Taking crabs at Shell Beach near Pismo was fun. Very tasty dry meat.
Some of my favorites by color. The Orange Sea Cucumber and Cobolt Sponge
I'll go warm. Maui
He was thirsty
Radical trip to Cortes Banks. Visibility was about 200 feet.
18 minute dive on the Peace at Talcott. 22 pounds of bug.
Enjoy the diving, seahunt Diving For The Fun of it.
