Yesterday, It was overcast, drizzling, and dark when we ran out of the harbor to a reef just offshore from Redondo Beach, CA. The bottom temperature was a cold fifty degrees F and visibility sucked - lots of snot in the water. Luckily I was set up for macro with my Olympus OM-D and 60-mm lens with a SubSee 10X adapter for really close stuff. We saw the usual critters and opted to only do one dive, but it was great to be back in the water. Maybe we will start to get some nice weather for a change and I can get out and play more with the camera. Tube anemone. I like the way the tentacle arms are arranged over the mouth.
