Not certain what information you need for a "Diving doctor."


Dr. Tom Milligan is in Thousand Oaks.

A little over 100 miles north in the city of Santa Maria my son Dr. Samuel D. Miller, IV practices at Marion Hospital. He is a board certified ER & Hyperbaric doctor. The next Hyperbaric doctor is located in Pacific Grove about 200 miles north of Santa Maria

He received his hyperbaric certification via a two year hyperbaric fellowship at Scrips in San Diego. As a second generation active diver he has over 40 plus years experience,is a NAUI (Life) and PADI instructor, a Pro 5000 diver,has presented numerous papers at hyperbaric conferences and is a perianal lecturer at the SLO S&R Professional Diving conferences.

I would consider him well versed in diving medicine

Yep! I have my own home grown Hyperbaric doctor ,
