I dove a reef that was teaming with fish before a loaded party boat arrived while I was between dives. Returning I found no sign of any fish still there... but some plastic and empty beer cans that had been tossed overboard, settling to the bottom. A fishing license is not a license to kill everything or dump garbage.

You can spot reefs that are haunts of teh party boats (and hoop netters)... nothing left.
