Hey Rick, that is a great video and a great point about hoopnetters. If any new regs are going to be implemented regarding spiny lobster, hoopnetting should be the first targeted method of catch. I have seen local breakwalls lined with hoopers and over 20 traps, and then we are the only divers out, this needs to be addressed.
