There was likely a good reason for the cancellation ... and not having enough divers signed up is a good reason... a disappointment, but a good reason. Maybe the Capt. was sick, equipment not working, weather not good, etc. No boat cancels just for the heck of it. Your recourse is to not book a trip again. I'd have gone to the hotel and then dove LaJolla Shores or visited Balboa Park, etc.. Sounds like the problem is the hotel's policy on cancellations... |
