I don't think so, that seems to be under the distance from shore limit. Did you call F&G and ask them???
Common sense says that having gill nets anywhere near a dive site is nuts. They are frequently way too close to the Olympic for comfort even though they are legal there. I so wish that F&G would make it illegal to place gill nets anywhere near known popular wrecks frequented by divers. Gill nets and people don't mix and someday something horrible is going to happen - it is just a matter of time.
