69,000 is that all lets see 12v71 are old engines. May need to be updated. Boat will have to be brought up to todays standards.
Not to mention all the regulations to pass coast guard inspections and fees and fuel hell that's only a few thousand dollars. Face it diving is not like it was in the 70s.so for only 150,000 dollars more you might have a boat the runs. Then comes the charters oh what a joy!!!
