The next General Meeting will be Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 7 p.m. at Round Table Pizza, 4330 Redondo Beach Blvd. (just east of Hawthorne Blvd. in the Northpoint/CVS Shopping Center) in Torrance, where all our general meetings are held. November 5.  Fletcher and John Forbes will present a program about the diving in the Philippines.  They stayed at two land-based resorts: Sogod Bay Scuba Resort in Southern Leyte http://www.sogodbayscubaresort.com/ , and Crystal Blue Resort in Anilao http://www.crystalblueanilaodivingresort.com/ . One is "famous" for its beautiful walls, tropical fish and macro, and the other (Anilao) is famous for muck diving and a huge number of nudibranch species.  Some beautiful underwater images are at http://fletcherforbes.com.
