That assertion reminds me of when i attended the CDFG commission meeting where they decided on new restrictions for the basses. One guy actually testified that the sand bass here in Southern California were part of one contiguous migratory population extending down into Baja where there is a successful fishery.

WOW!?

I wonder who he thought he was talking to because the instant he walked away, it was over...The basses got a reprieve!

I wanted to ask him; if it were actually one school, why aren't we seeing the a representation of the larger individuals.......?

I am tired of bankrupt theories..
