All of Morro Bay inside the surf line, and a bit on the outside
by Morro Rock, are California Marine Protected Areas. Please know
the rules and boundaries for the three areas (rules are different
in different parts of one of the two MPAs).

And I'm not saying Brian did anything wrong. I've seen his posts
over the years and I'm pretty sure he knows the rules. I just
don't want anybody thinking "all of Morro Bay is OK", when it's
not the case.
