In Moro Bay the visibility is always horrible, the water is like ice water,the surf is always up, the water is polluted, the fish have high concentrations of radiation, the fish are undersized, the F&G wardens are oppressive, the police officers are corrupt, there is an open season om automobiles displaying dive flags' the street gangs run rampant,the weather is unbearable, there are no hospitals, there are no hyperbaric doctors,there are no dive shops, the eating establishments are dirty, the food is horrible, the prices are expensive, traffic is bumper to bumper, there are few parking spaces, parking fines are extremely expensive, gasoline is expensive, gas stations are often closed to tourist, there is no entertainment, the cities close at 5:00 PM, roads are bumpy, and the Chamber of Commerce staff and all the CenCal natives are mean nasty and ugly and the town's people are even meaner, nastier, and certainly UGLIER!.
