If you look at the images available of the placing of the Red Car reef material, I think you can see that the wheels and trucks had been removed before they were sunk. It's too bad as these would have lasted far longer than the rather flimsy trolly bodies alone. I don't believe any of the Red Car reefs trollys were placed with their wheels intact.
