Wow, that's blows me away... and so sad.
I knew Chuck a little. I met him and talked to him several times over the years at the Breakwater.
The parking lot was a great place to meet up with people as it was the main hub for boat launching for the whole area.
Just like Phil AKA "The mayor of PV", Chuck was like the "Mayor of MB" and/or at least Point Lobos. He knew every rock, every wall, every fish.
And boy did he know about weather.
RIP buddy.
