New mask fogging problem

I am not a newbie exactly, but I am feeling like one right now. In more than 40 years of diving I have never had a mask that could not be cured of fogging. Well my daughter just got a new free-diving mask and it fogs in seconds. I don;t know if some new mold release is being used on it, or what the situation is.

I have tried to get it to stop its instant fogging for a couple of months and it is not getting better.

Anyone have any new tips beyond toothpaste to try?
