I've been to Lembeh. Anilao is a larger area, thus not as crowded. It's easier and cheaper to get to. A 12 hour flight, 2 hour van ride, then I'm making two afternoon dives. Aside from the Banggaii Cardinal Fish, most everything I saw in Lembeh I saw here also. I'd highly recommend Crystal Blue Resort. It's totally geared to divers with cameras. 4 divers per boat and dive guide/spotter. Every January they hold a Photo/Video workshop they call CritterFest. I'll also be assisting in a Photo/Video workshop in October.
