![]() The unusually warm waters of El Niño have brought a sea snake to the beach in Oxnard. Green sea turtles have been sighted on my last two dive trips this month. I saw a trigger fish at Cortes Bank a week ago. Yesterday we watched breach many times at Santa Barbara Island. The water at Cortes Bank was 64ºF at 130 feet, 75ºF on the surface. I dove all Tuesday and Wednesday in a 5mm suit and was more than warm enough.
