Morro Bay T-Pier is one of my favorite shore dives! We usually head for the outer edge of the pier beyond the berm. After looking for microscopic nudibranchs on the pilings we slowly make our way back to five feet before exiting in front of the Harbor Patrol office.

It's a great way to spend two hours underwater unless you time the tides incorrectly. We had the tide turn during a dive with almost no slack. Merry learned to hide behind a piling for most of the dive.
