On wednesday morning I was running on the strand near vets park. Someone had found a jet fin and left it at the bottom of the long stairs, so I grabbed it to help it find its way home. Turned out it had initials and a phone number on it, so that was easy.

The person had lost it 6 months ago, the windstorm we had earlier in the week must have stirred things up.

I can't make it out today, unlikely to tomorrow, but you should go. I'd be curious to see what else got stirred up out there after a long calm summer.
