Greetings,

The California Fish and Game Commission (Commission) is the lead agency in the preparation of the Negative Declaration (ND) for the California Spiny Lobster Fishery Management Plan and Proposed Regulatory Amendments pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. The Draft ND is available on the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) website here and at the CDFW offices listed below. Public comments on the Draft ND must be submitted by March 7, 2016. Written comments should be addressed to California Department of Fish and Wildlife, 3883 Ruffin Road, San Diego, CA 92123, Attn: Marina Som or emailed to Marina.Som@wildlife.ca.gov. The Draft ND is currently schedule for possible certification at the Commissions April 2016 meeting.
