I'm wondering if anyone has some advice for me. I am an avid beach diver, and I broke my ankle about 4 months ago. It's taking longer to rehab than I thought and I'm scared to put fins back on because that will extend the ankle to it's full range of motion with some force, which could be painful. Is there some way I can build myself up to this? Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
