When i saw the other 3 similar vessels out there on that day, i was wondering why they even left the harbor... If i were on the pier, i would have called the the CG the instant that i saw that vessel. I would be yelling for the occupants to prepare for capsizing. Once that vessel got in the surf, the capsizing was inevitable. That was a day to stay home--glad everyone survived.
