Your observation is astute. This was the least windy of any trip we've ever had to Santa Rosa Island. Two days prior to our arrival the winds were 60mph. During our week stay however the winds were light to non-existent. They never blew at night. Then as we were leaving a storm with winds started to arrive. Our visit had perfect timing.
