Found at White Point Rock in 2015. This appears to be cluster of hydroids (?) with some of the individuals developing medusa buds. Haven't been able to find anything that looks like it. Very, very small. Note the size relative to a worm tube.

Has anyone seen this before or know the ID? Sorry the images aren't better.
