The water was nice and cold- 51 degrees- and coming from the valley where it was 110 this was good news. Ended up at Breakwater as other spots were a little mixed up. Vis wasn't real goods- 5-10 feet maybe. Still, a great couple of dives. Going to Monterey is always an Odyssey. Came back through Coalinga today, hot as hell and dry. Still, I have great times and memories of this place. Next summer the wife and I are going to the Big Island. Gonna dive the Refuge everyday- or maybe Puako. B. Xavier
