Yes, I have been on 2 trips up there and it can be very rough. Both times I came back with bruises on my knees trying to get on the dive step and luckily the crew were there to help me get up. I always dive wet suit so there is less drag on the body. The year I did not go was a flat 3-days,(of course!) It is definitely not for new divers or those subject to seasickness. Looking forward to my cold water trip this year to Pt Hardy!
