Branching long The Peninsula |

After looking at the Topaz Jetty camera this morning Merry and I rush out to sneak in a couple of dives before the next series of swells arrives. With marine life disappearing from most of our local mudholes Merry suggested we dive Little Reef near Pt. Vicente. We hadn't dived here for a couple of years so we headed around the hill. A lobster boat was working the reef as we approached so we decided to take advantage of the calm sea and go to the White Point Outfall Pipe again. Visibility was less than half of what we enjoyed our last two times here, but there were many species of nudibranchs to be found. I ended the day with a count of seventeen species and Merry found at least two that I missed. I took the wrong lens for the tiny critters so you will have to excuse the lousy quality of today's haul.
