Not really, I’ve spent quite a bit of time there. There’s a lot of sand and pretty rough dirty ocean. Trinidad is about where the rocks start again and there might be some diving worth getting wet for, but I never got in to find out. South of Eureka around Cape Mendocino is rocky but very rough and very treacherous.
I think Ft Bragg is the sure bet for anything decent.
