CHAMBER DAY & CHAMBER EVE 2018 - WEDNESDAY, MAY 2 - SAVE THE DATE!!!

Riddle of the day: What’s the connection between the movie “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes” and your Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber?

Answer: In the movie, Marilyn Monroe cooed that “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend” (bonus points if you know who did it originally on Broadway) and today we coo that Diamond Donors are certainly our Chamber’s best friend.

This is our highest donor level and we are incredibly happy today to welcome back into the fold at this level the Ocean Institute in Dana Point (in conjunction with one of their benefactors). Their mission is to help educate children K-12 about ocean science and all things maritime. Some of their students go on to become scuba divers so they certainly understand the need to keeping something as vital as the Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber around for those just-in-case times. On top of that, they’ll also be at Chamber Evening with two tables so they really immerse themselves in the event and we’re always very happy to have them back.

But whether diamonds are your best friend or you’re a fan of the Bronze Age (or anything in-between), every dollar helps keep our Chamber strong. We’re a bit more than three weeks away now and even though the Challenge is roaring along, this is NOT the time to stop and rest on our laurels (or our diamonds).

So who’s next? Who will help propel us towards $50K? Here’s the direct link: https://dornsife.usc.edu/cf/chamberday/payment.cfm.

This is our updated honor roll of Challenge donors as of today:
