County of Los Angeles Underwater Unit Department of Parks and Recreations Underwater Instructor Certification Course (UICC)will be having workshops October 13 and November 10, 2018 at Belvedere Aquatic Center, 5035 East 1st Street, L.A. 90022, starting at 8am.
