easy there, I'd have to look at my records but Im guessing Carl and I have spent around 20 days at Nic this year. We were there for the first week of October and Dutch had plenty of kelp. As did the rest of the island. No one fisherman is going to be able to get rid of all the Kelp on that island in 2 months.
