CHAMBER DAY & CHAMBER EVE 2019 - WEDNESDAY, MAY 1 - SAVE THE DATE!!!

We made it past $20,000!!! (And thank goodness this didn’t happen yesterday because no one would have believed it was true.)

We start off with what’s really a double Gold donation ($2,000) from Maja Vrvilo, a longtime diver and ardent Chamber supporter (as well as someone who’s also a regular member of the Flying Dutchman crew along with her partner Rick). Maja’s a television director but she always understands the importance of directing whatever she can to help out our Chamber.

We then have a duo of Silver donors. The first is in memory of Gary K. Schaffer from Dave Carver. Dave fully understand the value of our Chamber as he’s the scuba accident investigator for the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department. Our second Silver comes from longtime supporters Norman & Marilyn Deatherage. Even though their diving is restricted nowadays to warmer waters, Marilyn & Norman know the value of our Chamber to other SoCal divers.
