Here's the link tothe NOAA Oxnard for the wind readings off the NOAA buoys. From the main screen, click on Observations tab, and then select Buoys & Coastal. A map of the SoCal bight will appear and you can simply hover your cursor over any of the white star buoys which will give you the wind as well as other data. You can also click on the and it will give you time series data as well.
