CHAMBER DAY & CHAMBER EVE 2019 - WEDNESDAY, MAY 1 - SAVE THE DATE!!!

OMG!!! We just took a HUUUUGE leap . . . Past $50,000!!!

It is thanks to the continuing generosity of our friends at the Ocean Institute (through one of their benefactors) as they make an annual donation to not only the Chamber Challenge, but they’ll also be present at Chamber Evening with two tables of 20 kids who are interested in learning more about the ocean, and that includes our Chamber.

It’s also fitting that we can announce this donation on April 15 - aka Tax Day - because it’s a good time to point out that Challenge donations of any amount are 100% fully tax-deductible as allowed under federal and state tax codes. Because the intangible benefit you receive is knowing that your donation helps Karl and his crew continue their good work, every dollar you contribute also serves as a deduction for you. As the saying goes, would you rather give your money to the Taxman or to our Chamber? (The correct answer is: Our Chamber.)
