CHAMBER DAY & CHAMBER EVE 2019 - WEDNESDAY, MAY 1 - SAVE THE DATE!!!

Happy Earth Day!!! And Happy Chamber Challenge Update Day!!! (Yeah, we know it’s not a real thing.) But we just passed $66,000 so it’s a happy day here in Chamber Challenge-Land.

We’ll start off by announcing that again this year, D.A.N. (Divers Alert Network) has awarded us a $2,500 grant to continue the good work at our Chamber. This is especially appropriate since D.A.N.’s primary mission is that of furthering diver safety, and what better way to do it than to support our Chamber? We also welcome a $500 Silver contribution from Gary King, done in the memory of our good friend (and Chamber supporter) Patrick Smith.

We’re heading into crunch time but we’re also faced with a unique opportunity: Since we started doing the Challenge many moons ago, we’ve never cracked $75,000 in Challenge donations. But, with where we are now and looking at those who gave last ear but who have yet to give this year, we’ve got a shot at a new record amount. So . . .
