Conception Fire Possible Cause

A couple of days ago, Chris Grossman and I talked and concluded that large lithium ion batteries (used in large camera rigs, computers, and possibly underwater propulsion vehicles) might be the source of the terrible, rapidly developing fire.
On page A1 of today's Los Angeles Times, Roy Hauser, Conception designer and original owner, suggested the same cause. Please checkout
