Amazing how our world has changed since we talked last week . . .

Without downplaying the seriousness of the COVID-19 outbreak, we know that this too, shall pass. And when we resume diving in SoCal in full, our Chamber will be there for us. (In fact, it’s operational during the crisis as well since it’s considered an essential medical service.)

As you may have heard, COVID-19 has greatly impact the Chamber Day festivities. We have turned this into a 100% virtual event, by taking the parts that required in-person participation and folding them into the virtual components. The Challenge, which has always been a virtual component, takes on an even greater role and importance in these troubled times. We know our overall economy is going to take a hit, which is why it’s even more critical that those of you who can afford $100, $500, $1,000, or whatever, make sure you contribute to the Challenge. We’re close to $9,000. Who will push us past that????
