| Sea Trial with a little dark green water thrown in |
|
Posted by Max Bottomtime on September 13, 2020 at 20:26:00: I worked on the boat during the week, replacing a grommet and installing the rigging hose to our starboard motor. We took a sea trial this morning to Hawthorne Reef followed by a second dive under the rough seas at Golf Ball Reef. The repairs actually held, so tomorrow I will begin work on the port motor. It never ends. Visibility was poor at both sites. At Hawthorne Reef, I found a moray eel in a crack. I had my macro lens so I could only catch its face as it swam out of its den and past me.
