There is a huge omission in this entire investigation! A charging station is assumed to produce enough carbon monoxide to saturate the entire cabin without detection? CO generated by electrical malfunction would produce heat and therefore an odor that would raise an immediate alarm--that never happened. Commercially purchased CO is an odorless gas. Did they check the actual content of every scuba tank onboard?
